Self-Employed:
-CPA letter verifying business ownership for 2 years
-Year to Date Profit & Loss statement
2 months current business bank statements
2 years tax returns with all schedules 2018, 2019 are required for
Wage Earner and Self-Employed
Assets
2 months current bank statements (all pages) or most recent quarterly statements: 401K, IRA, Stock, Bond, Mutual Fund etc.
*Photo ID and SSN card
Loan Application and Borrower Authorization (to be wet signed)
